Initial setup for "Instant Access" requires the name on the account, the account or loan number and the social security number associated with the account. You will be asked to set up a PIN number which will be required for all inquiries. After initial set up is complete, you can choose from the following options and you may dial the * key to return to the main menu at any time. 

Dial the telephone banking number. You will be asked what type of account you are calling about. 


1. Checking or Money Market Accounts 

Account number followed by the # key, PIN required

2. Savings

Account number followed by the # key, PIN required

3. CD or IRA

Account number followed by the # key, PIN required

4. Loans

Loan number followed by the # key, PIN required 

5. Transfers or Loan Payments 

To transfer from checking, press 1

To transfer from savings, press 2

To cancel, press *

6. PIN

Social security number required followed by the #

7. Report ATM/Debit card Lost/Stolen 

Account number followed by the #, PIN required 

8. Current interest rates

9. To complete the call
