New BFH App and Online Banking

Starting May 12, Your app and online banking will be upgraded to a new look and functionality.

 

Because of this, your current online banking and App will be unavailable from 4 p.m., Monday, May 11 until Tuesday, May 12, 8 a.m. 

 

 

Not only will they look different, but there will also be enhanced functionality to help you manage your everyday financial needs.

 

No matter where you are or what device you want to use, you can:

  • TRANSFER funds
  • DEPOSIT checks remotely (mobile app)
  • PAY BILLS & PEOPLE quickly
  • ACCESS DOCUMENTS securely
  • CHAT with a customer service representative

  • TRACK expenses, income, and everything else
  • AND MORE!! 

It’s all in one convenient place. From your laptop to your smartphone or tablet, you can stay connected to what matters most.

 

Here’s what you need to know before our NEW App and Online Banking system upgrade:

  • Your current Online Banking and BFH App will be unavailable from 4pm on May 11th until 8am on May 12th for the transition.
  • Only 120 days of transaction history will show after the upgrade. Please consider downloading any prior information you need for taxes before Sunday, May 10th.
  • Your username and password will stay the same in the new app and online banking. You'll need to log in with this information before you can use features like Touch ID or Face ID. If you don't remember your login credentials, give us a call at (785)-456-2221.
  • The new online banking will not be supported in Internet Explorer, be sure to use another internet browser. 
  • If you currently use the bill pay feature, your existing bill payments and payees will automatically copy over to the new system.
  • When your upgrade is ready, your current BFH App will automatically ask you to download the new version
