A Refinancing Loan is used to replace or pay off your current loan. Loan programs used for Refinance Loans are Conventional Loans, and VA Loans.

What you will need to get refinanced:
- Signed and completed Refinance Application and authorizations
- Copy of applicant's and co-applicant's driver's license
- Copy of paystubs covering the last 30 days for the borrower and co-borrower
- Copy of W-2's for the 2 most recent years for borrower and co-borrower
- Copy of tax returns for 2 most recent years
- Copy of last 2 months bank statements for all accounts listed on application
